Though SOPA & PIPA have been withdrawn for now, there’s no doubt that, in some form and some day soon, they’ll be back. Are lawmakers informed enough to craft laws that both protect copyright owners and allow the Internet to prosper - including sites like Twitter, YouTube & Tumblr?
